Refund and Returns Policy

At Winston Heritages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at contact@winstonheritages.com or call us at (516) 546-8613 to initiate the return process.

Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@winstonheritages.com.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
