Refund and Returns Policy

At WinstonHeritage, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return items or request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and labels intact.

Certain items, such as custom or personalized watches, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product details for specific return exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@winstonheritages.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
  • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include any original documentation, tags, and accessories.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund for the damaged product, including shipping costs. To facilitate the process, we may ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us at contact@winstonheritages.com. If the exchange is requested within the 30-day return period, we will issue a replacement once the original item is returned. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • Gift cards or items marked as “Final Sale.”

7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by our customer service team.

8. Changes to the Refund and Returns Policy
WinstonHeritage reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
