We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. The available shipping methods and corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination, size, weight, and the selected delivery option.
Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order total during checkout.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, and additional customs duties or taxes may be charged at the time of delivery, depending on the destination country.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact our customer service team at contact@winstonheritages.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, and, if applicable, we will issue a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Signature Requirement
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package is received by the intended recipient. This is to protect both you and us from unauthorized deliveries.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
